He holds the man hostage threatening to kill him if others don't comply to his demands. Ends with the man slowly pulling the shiv out of the man's ear (closely shown), the injured man screams in pain and the man knocks him unconscious. The scene is extensive, very graphic with lots of blood and nothing left to the imagination.
