Violence & Gore شدت: متوسط The possessed children were often seen bloody and disgusting, with them looking extremely pale and demonic, and were also shown to have some form of green slime-ish goo on their face and were also shown to have a lot of blood on their clothings as well as their face.

Violence & Gore شدت: متوسط There was a scene where the possessed child, Angela was in the hospital room with Ann and her stomach was shown to have a lot of blood as she was trying to recreate something traumatic of Ann's past.
