Sex & Nudity شدت: زیاد A man is in a reclined position while a woman performs oral sex on him. You can see parts of both his and her body while her head moves up and down. The way he treats her body after may bother some people.

Sex & Nudity شدت: زیاد A young woman mentions that another girl is probably in a "cum-coma".

Sex & Nudity شدت: زیاد Women are seen swimming in a large fish tank, fully nude. Breasts are visible for a brief moment. Also, strippers/dancers are shown in scanty clothes, including thongs, from the rear. There is also a half second of female gentitals seen.

Sex & Nudity شدت: زیاد A woman is seen upside down, fully nude. She is seen from the rear, head to toe, and breasts from the front. (No stunt double was used for this scene.) Another woman is seen completely nude from the front, including pubic hair and vulva, and side.

Sex & Nudity شدت: زیاد A scene lasting 2 minutes and 23 seconds depicts a woman squaring off against the administrators of a secret torture club. The woman holds a pair of bolt cutters with the shaft of a male's penis wedged between the cutters. The camera alternates between the woman's face, the faces of the administrators/guards, the face of the man she's tied down and threatens to emasculate and the man's genitals. His genitals are graphically depicted for a total of 13 seconds - the first 2.2 seconds only the veiny shaft is visible, the next 2.2 seconds the scrotum and more of the shaft becomes visible, after this the shaft, glans and scrotum are fully visible and blood begins to squirt out as the woman completely severs the phallus and scrotum/testicles from the screaming man's body. At this stage its clear a prosthetic is now being used but the prosthetic's surface texture and material from which it's made is incredibly realistic/life-like. At 8.3 seconds in a continuing close up shot, the woman reaches down and takes the man's now completely severed genitalia into her hand. She walks out of the room and throws the man's genitals to a guard dog that takes it in its mouth and chews on it. It's hard to believe the MPA actually assigned an "R" rating to this film.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man stabs another man in the chest, pulls the knife down his abdomen opening him up and pulling out an organ (the man screams as an organ is pulled out).

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man is attacked by two vicious dogs which tear him apart. The dogs tug at his body; his limbs are torn from his body and intestines are shown on the floor.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man is strapped onto a bed with one of his legs stripped to the bone and the other missing flesh. Another man walks over and proceeds to cut off more flesh from the other man's leg while he thrashes in pain. The man then sits down in a chair and begins eating the flesh.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A woman is chained into a chair, another woman enters the room and tells her she will clean her up for a client, and the woman in the chair screams and pleads for help while the other woman unties her hands. The woman in the chair then bites the other woman's nose off (a bloody hole in her face is shown), spits the nose piece out, frees herself, and runs away.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man starts a circular saw and approaches a woman who is strapped into a chair: she screams and pleads, he flashes the saw around her threateningly and then accidentally cuts her head (blood is shown). She twitches; when he pulls the saw away a patch of her hair is pulled out with it.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد Several boys push a boy to the ground and present him to a man as the one who should be shot; the man shoots the boy in the head.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A dead man is slumped over a toilet in a public restroom; he is sitting in a pool of blood and a flashback of his murder is shown.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man's mutilated corpse is shown.

Profanity شدت: زیاد 68 uses of "fuck", 4 uses of "cunt", 13 uses of "bitch", 4 uses of "shit", and 9 uses of "ass".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم A character snorts powder from a tiny spoon presumably cocaine travelling in the back of a car.
